The Jewelry Designer showcases a unique collection of jewelry created by Regina Basha, a Jewish jewelry designer who worked in Basra and Baghdad in the first half of the 20th century. The collection reveals her singular style. One can see influences of Indian, Armenian and French jewelry and of jewelry inspired by designs that were common in Iraq. The Jewelry Designer enables visitors to have a look inside a home from which her splendid world and her special artistic inclinations emerges.
